01 — We read your enquiry
Every enquiry is reviewed personally. If we believe we can help, we will reply with consultation availability. If we believe another practice would better suit your matter, we will tell you so.
02 — Initial consultation
A 45 to 60 minute paid consultation, in person at our Mernda office or via video. You will leave with a written summary covering pathway recommendations, evidence requirements, indicative timeframes, and indicative fees.
03 — Engagement, if you choose to proceed
A written agreement covering scope, fees, and our obligations under the Code of Conduct. The consultation fee is credited against your engagement fee.
